Scope and Content
One of seven black and white aerial photographs donated by Ted Strike, of the Town of Arnprior which document the downtown core, the area around the hospital and the new housing development north of Madawaska Boulevard, known as the avenues. One image shows the Madawaska River upstream from the bridges of Arnprior, before the dam was built which changed the waterway completely and created a head pond.
