A by-law to lease stalls and Town Hall for certain purposes and to repeal clause 2 of By-law No. 32, which established a fixed rate of charge for the use of meat stalls in the market building, and add a new one. This by-law used to be By-law No. 32 which is included in this document and it established a fixed rate of charge by lease for the use of stalls in the market building for the sale of meats and other products as well as establish a fixed rate of charge for use of the Town Hall. By-law No. 39 is also included in the document which repealed certain clauses of By-law No. 32.
