Preliminary sketch of the McLachlin Bros. River Boat "George H. Johnson" which was never built.; George Johnson was McLachlin Bros.' chief engineer. The sketch is not dated and is labelled No. 1. It is titled "100 foot River Boat" and shows a side view of the boat with a centre paddle wheel and a cross section of steam pipes. Gord Macpherson found this drawing while doing plumbing jobs in Arnprior.
