This map is a copy from the McNab "Township Papers" (page 63) that was attached to the documents for license of occupation to Andrew and George Buchanan for Island at Chats Rapids. It was dated 30 dec 1834. Indicates Chats Island, Chats Lake, smooth still water, Falls, and Harbour at Fitzroy. Names on two properties are White and D.McMillan.
