Charles G. Hill was the plant engineer for Huyck Canada's Arnprior location from 1970 until his retirement in September 1992. He travelled to Austria, Germany and England to purchase equipment for Huyck when undertaking their expansion in the 1980's. Mr. Hill also worked at Atomic Energy as a mechanical engineer at one time. He and his wife Beryl Hill lived in Carp Ontario. He died in January 2013.

Scope and Content
Fonds consists of a photograph album containing approx. 300 colour prints showing the progress of the new addition to the Huyck building (formerly Kenwood Mills) in the 1980's from start to finish. The album was presented to Mr. Hill when he retired. The first several photos in the album show Mr. Hill accepting the gift at a retirement dinner. The fonds also contains a newspaper clipping from the May 15 1968 edition of the Arnprior Guide featuring an Open House at Kenwood Mills and a 1992 Brochure featuring Weavexx products.
