A letter of demand written on behalf of John McNaughton for the delivery of 47 masts at 4:30 that afternoon or at such a time that is convenient to Price and McLachlin after giving Dawson notice. The letter also stated that McNaughton would not hold himself responsible for any charges incurred by Price and McLachlin after the delivery of the notice.
