Memorandum of agreement between Jas. Stevenson and Angus Roy McDonell allowing third parties to determine how the judgement of their dispute pays out. This dispute involved Angus Roy McDonell obtaining a license to cut white pine timber in certain portions of the waste lands of Upper Canada to make a large quantity of masts and spars and unintentionally trespassing on Crown land.
