- A request to allow Charles Ledurautage to take the timber on the Griffith Limits to the ice at first snow or if McLachlin would make out a balance for 325 pieces of timber, thus leaving about 170 pieces left to make up a fuel order. Ledurautage also referenced what they had done previously on those limits and the payment he received for it.
