- A by-law to appoint John Marton as Municipal Officer for the current year and define his duties and salary. His duties included; cleaning and maintaining Town Hall, By-law enforcement, attending all council meetings, collecingt all Statute Labour monies, attending to repairs on sidewalks, streets, and bridges (with assistance as needed), clean the Council and Engine Rooms. Might be By-law No. 76.
