1. Photocopy of short notice in “White Lake — The Later Years” by David Fraser (David A. Fraser) of White Lake, “The White Lake Sawmill”, with photo of the mill in 1998. Nelson Fraser started to build this small sawmill in 1948, fully operational in 1950. Last log sawed in July 1998. Building sold and moved to another location.
2. Two-page handwritten notes by unknown, undated. Alex Fraser, blacksmith, who settled in White Lake in the early 1870s. Also carriage work. He moved to Renfrew in 1897. Thomas Fraser (the father of Alex Fraser of Burnstown) worked with Alex Fraser the blacksmith in White Lake.
