Site purchased for one dollar from Mr. J. Campbell. Not the first school in this section (first was “Ellis School” after a Mr. Ellis who had owned the land. School was also called Cedar Hedge School (after a cedar hedge was planted).; 3. Class record of Margaret Stewart, Sep. 1924 to June 1925.; 4.
